The ink mixer is used for stirring inks and other viscous substances, utilizing an axle with blades that rotate in a cylinder or trough to achieve uniform mixing.
Usage and Maintenance:
Secure the selected agitator blade to the shaft during operation.
2. Loosen the handle on the motor base to lift the motor, adjust its position, then secure the motor base and container. Place the material inside and close the container lid.
3. Turn the speed control knob to the zero position, switch on the power, and then adjust the speed to the desired RPM.
Do not operate the machine at no load when the speed exceeds 4,000 RPM.
5. Clean the machine thoroughly after use to maintain its cleanliness.
In the production of coatings and inks, various dispersal tools are utilized. Some of these technologies represent relatively new solutions to age-old process issues. The selection of mixers is based on numerous factors, including viscosity curves, shear requirements, addition sequence, and production volume.
