Battery Cell Paste Mixing is a critical process in the entire production of lithium-ion batteries, where the degree of impact on product quality exceeds 30%. It is a vital link in the entire production process.


The electrode manufacturing for lithium-ion batteries consists of cathode paste, which is composed of binder, conductive agent, and cathode material; while anode paste is made up of binder and graphite carbon powder. The preparation of both cathode and anode pastes involves a series of processes including mixing, dissolution, and dispersion of liquids with liquids and liquids with solids, accompanied by changes in temperature, viscosity, and environment. The dispersion and uniformity of the granular active substances in both cathode and anode pastes directly affect the movement of lithium ions between the battery's two poles. Therefore, the mixing and dispersion of the paste materials for each electrode sheet in the production of lithium-ion batteries are crucial. The quality of the paste dispersion directly impacts the quality of the subsequent production and the performance of the products.


The Vacuum Degassing Stirrer is a mixing equipment for basic materials, utilizing centrifugal principles for stirring. While rotating at high speeds, it is paired with a high-power vacuum pump to achieve uniform mixing and vacuum extraction in a matter of seconds to minutes, thereby removing air bubbles. Equipped with various clamps and cups, it easily accommodates requirements from testing to mass production. It can store 10 sets of data ( customizable), with each set capable of being divided into 5 segments to set different parameters such as time, speed, and vacuum level, catering to most material's mixing and degassing needs.
