Production Precautions for Fully Automatic Shell Insertion Machine

1. At work, if you need to leave, please remember to turn off the power before you go.

2. Terminal replacement requires first disconnecting the power source, followed by the replacement procedure. Operation of the machine during replacement is strictly prohibited.

During the operation, if the die terminal gets stuck, use scissors or a needle to remove it and continue working.

4. During operation, if the machine malfunctions, shut off the power and promptly request a maintenance technician for inspection and adjustment.

Untrained personnel are prohibited from adjusting or disassembling machine parts.
