Dust filter cores are applied in sandblasting rooms and other work fields to protect the surrounding environment. The primary function of dust filter cores is to remove dust particles generated in various working environments.
If dust removal equipment malfunctions at work, check for issues with the dust filter cores, and replace them promptly if damaged. Companies should regularly inspect both the dust filter cores and equipment for any malfunctions.
During operation, it is essential to regularly monitor the exhaust outlet's emission concentration. In case of any dust emissions, promptly inspect the dust filter element for damage and the sealing condition of the filter chamber. Block any air leakage pores. If any of these situations occur, immediately replace the dust filter筒.
Dust removal filter cores cannot be used for dust with strong adhesion and hygroscopicity, especially when the dew point temperature exceeds the flue gas temperature. Otherwise, condensation may occur, leading to filter bag blockage.
When dealing with high-temperature and high-humidity gases, dust filter cores should be heated to prevent condensation of steam on the filter bags, and the dust filter cylinders should be insulated.
Dust filter cores should not be used in flammable smoke with the risk of explosion or sparks.
