The laboratory open mill has the advantages of simple structure design, small land occupation, easy operation, easy transportation, and high safety factor, which have been recognized by domestic research institutions of universities and colleges at all levels and are widely used. Next, let's discuss the precautions for using the laboratory open mill.
Machine operators must undergo safety education and technical training, and be familiar with the operation procedures of this equipment before they can be assigned to their posts.
Before operation, personnel should wear proper safety equipment.
3. Prior to starting the laboratory kneading machine, it is mandatory to inspect and organize any debris around the machine that may hinder its operation.
4. Keep the work area around the machine clean and accessible, ensure pathways are clear, and activate ventilation equipment (exhaust fans) to maintain air circulation in the workshop.
Step 5: Open the water, gas, and oil supply valves, and check if the water pressure gauge, gas meter, and oil pressure gauge are functioning normally.
6. Upon starting up, if abnormal sounds or other malfunctions are detected, immediately shut down the equipment.
Check if the laboratory open mill material door, top bolt, and hopper can be opened normally.
At all times, when raising the top bolt, the top bolt control knob must be turned to the lift position.
During the refining process, a phenomenon of material jamming was discovered. It is prohibited to directly remove the material by hand and instead, use a top feeding rod or other tools for operation.
During the reverse unloading of the hopper, no pedestrians are permitted near the hopper and the hoist area. Caution advised.
Before shutting down, the top bolt must be raised and the hopper returned to its original position. Close the material door to interrupt the power supply.
After the laboratory kneader is completed, shut down all power, water, gas, and oil sources.
