I. Needs Analysis and Design:

Mold making involves thorough requirement analysis and design. Designers utilize CAD software to draft and create 3D models of the mold, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.

Material Selection and Processing:

Six: Mold Storage and Management

After the molds are used, they must be stored and managed properly. The molds should be kept in a dry, well-ventilated area to prevent moisture and damage. For large molds, a dedicated mold storage warehouse can be used to ensure their integrity.

As technology advances and products are continually updated, molds must also be regularly updated and improved. To meet the demands of new products and technological advancements, molds are updated and modified to accommodate new production requirements.
