Safety Precautions for Scissors Machines

Untrained individuals unfamiliar with the machine's structure, performance, and operational procedures are prohibited from operating the machine without proper training.

(2) Lubrication at all machine points should be applied at least once per shift as required.

(3) When adding hydraulic oil to the fuel tank, use only high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil, which must be strictly filtered. It is essential to maintain an adequate oil level at all times, and to replenish the oil immediately if it falls below the required amount.

(4) The fuel tank should be cleaned and new oil replaced every six months; however, the first cleaning and filtered oil must not exceed one month. Used oil, after strict filtration, is allowed for one more use.

(5) In the event of a severe oil leak or any abnormal condition during operation, the vehicle must be stopped immediately. Analyze the cause and rectify the fault without forcing it to continue in a defective state.

(6) During operation or packaging, repairs or hand contact with moving parts are strictly prohibited. It is also forbidden to use hands or feet to press materials inside the material box.

(7) Adjustments to pumps, valves, and pressure gauges must be performed by experienced technicians. In the event of a faulty pressure gauge, an immediate inspection or replacement should be conducted.
