To ensure the hoses we provide for you have an extended lifespan, proper storage, maintenance, and cleaning are crucial. Improper storage and use can lead to the alteration of most rubber hoses' physical properties. For instance, over-hardening, softening, deformation, swelling, cracking, or other surface damage can all shorten their lifespan, rendering them unusable.

Storage Precautions:

Rubber hose storage, particularly during long-term storage, can lead to changes in the physical properties of the hoses when exposed to certain factors. These changes may render the hoses unsuitable for their intended use. It is essential to protect the hoses during storage and adhere to the "first in, first out" principle.

2. Storage areas must be dry, cool, dust-free, unaffected by climate, and have proper humidity and ventilation; direct sunlight and high-intensity artificial light sources with UV components must be avoided.

Storage temperature should be between 0℃ and 35℃; it is recommended to be around 15℃. The temperature should not exceed 50℃ or drop below -30℃ during storage.

4. Do not store in contact with materials that may harm the product, especially acids, oils, solvents, and the like.

5. Products should not be stored near heat sources, as prolonged exposure can cause rubber to age and reduce the lifespan of the hoses.

6. There should be no equipment that generates electric or magnetic fields near the storage area, as changes or fluctuations in electromagnetic fields can induce currents in metals, leading to heat generation.

7. Do not subject the product to excessive pressure, and avoid contact with sharp, pointed, or corrosive surfaces. Store upright as much as possible.

Coiled hoses should be stored flat. When stacking is unavoidable, the height should be limited to prevent excessive deformation of the bottom product. Insert a protective cap into the open end of the hose to prevent internal contamination.

Cautionary Instructions:

Always inspect the appearance of the hose before use. If any abnormalities are found, isolate immediately and consult with relevant technical personnel.

Do not exceed the working pressure and temperature specified for the product when using the hose. Exceeding these limits can reduce the hose's lifespan and even lead to bursting, causing safety accidents.

The medium transported must be chemically compatible with the product; otherwise, it may cause tube corrosion and other issues, reducing the lifespan of the hose.

Do not bend the hose below the allowable bend radius, nor use it after forcibly twisting or bending it. To ensure the normal operation of the hose fittings, the distance from the bend to the fitting must be greater than twice the outer diameter of the hose.

Do not drag on sharp or highly abrasive surfaces. Do not twist or flatten.
