This involves a secondary processing of the diamond grit flooring to address the aforementioned issues. The construction process is as follows:
Remove dirt from the silicon carbide flooring (such as cement slurry, paint chips, debris, dust).
2. Remove the loose layer on the surface of the diamond grit with an abrasive disc (about 1 millimeter thick) and then use an industrial dust cleaner to suck up the dust.
Thoroughly clean the ground with water, and once it's over 80% dry, apply the concrete sealer. Mix the product with water at a ratio of 1:5 (avoid using metal tools for stirring) using approximately 0.3 kg/㎡. Then, spray it onto the ground and use a push water scraper to distribute it evenly, allowing the sealer to penetrate as deeply as possible into the concrete.
4. Hours later, if residual curing agent (i.e., ground whitening) is still present, water can be sprinkled for soaking. After a few more hours, use a heavy-duty restoration machine with a 50# grinding disk to grind the diamond sand floor to assist in absorbing the curing agent; once grinding is complete, clean the floor thoroughly, and then apply the hardener diluted with water (1:5) following the procedure outlined in the third method.
6. Once the surface is slightly dry, grind with 100#, 150#, 300#, 500#, and 800# grit sandpapers, simultaneously applying the mixed hardener (1:10) to the water tank of the grinder (or directly onto the floor) to accelerate the penetration and hardening of the concrete surface; (after each grinding, use an industrial vacuum cleaner to remove wastewater and cement slurry.)
7. Polished the abrasive sand ground surface with 1000#, 1500#, 2000#, and 3000# grinding sheets to achieve a beautifully shiny floor finish. (Industrial vacuum cleaner required to remove slurry and debris after each grinding session.)
