The development of the industry has driven the recognition and attention of pad printing technology since its inception, especially after entering the domestic market. With its distinct advantages, pad printing has gained approval from an increasing number of enterprises. In the industry, the combination of pad printing with screen printing technology has jointly opened up a new chapter in the printing market, gradually shifting from labor-intensive to technology-intensive industries. This is an inevitable trend in the development of the pad printing market. Recently, many pad printing industries have been continuously improving, enhancing, and refining their technological aspects. Pad printing is a type of printing equipment suitable for plastics, toys, glass, metal, ceramics, electronics, IC encapsulation, etc. It is an indirect relief pad printing technique that has become a primary method for surface printing and decoration on various objects.

Daily Maintenance Tips and Operation Standards for Professional Transfer Printing Machines:

All personnel, except for stencil operators (including those undergoing stencil skills training) and team leaders or above, are strictly prohibited from using the stencil machines without authorization.

Prior to starting the pad printing machine, ensure the air pressure is normal, manually operate the moving parts to check for collisions or abnormal conditions, and regularly oil the lubrication areas.

The positioning fixture must be securely fastened and positioned accurately (determined to be qualified by team leaders or above), and once adjusted to be qualified, the fixture position must not be moved arbitrarily (if a move is necessary, it must be confirmed again before production can proceed).

Four, the flatbed printer is equipped with four adjustable foot pads, which must be ensured to be evenly grounded with no tilting during operation.

Bulk transfers must be confirmed by team leaders or above regarding the quality, placement, and color, etc., before mass production can be initiated; strictly enforce the "first piece confirmation" system!

Six, during the transfer printing process, the rubber head must be cleaned once after 50 transfers (when the transfer quality is poor, clean the rubber head every 20-40 transfers as needed); always pay attention to the transfer effect. If there are issues such as inconsistent positioning, incomplete patterns, blurring, deformation, ghosting, overlapping, or parts deforming due to excessive force, immediately stop the machine and report to the supervisor.

Seven: In case of abnormal operation, such as unusual sounds or phenomena, the machine must be immediately shut down and the supervisor must be reported.

Maintain a clean work area. Knives, tools, measuring equipment, locating fixtures, transfer oil, degreaser, fabric scraps, gloves, and transfer heads should be stored in designated locations. No items are allowed on the machine table.

When transferring products to the furnace, strictly follow the procedures outlined in the "Furnace Operation Manual."

Upon completion of work, clean the work area, arrange tools neatly, turn off power and air pressure; (clean the oil pan if necessary before ending work.)

Each shift ensures daily care and maintenance, with a weekly cleaning and maintenance service.

Eleven, report any anomalies to your superior immediately.
