Main Application: With the intensification of resource consumption due to economic growth, shallow resources in traditional industrial areas such as Shandong, Jiangsu, and Hebei in the eastern provinces have been largely depleted. New resource exploration is primarily focused on regions with poor transportation, such as Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Tibet, Xinjiang, and Qinghai. In these areas, the cost of equipment transportation is significantly higher than the construction cost, with many places having no roads and requiring manual labor to carry equipment up. Traditional equipment is too heavy to reduce, and the full-hydraulic split drilling machines are energy-intensive. Therefore, our company has developed the all-aluminum alloy drilling machine HZ-130T/XY-3T, leveraging new material applications to reduce the weight of the drilling machine and save on transportation costs for field operations.

Key Features:

1. The drilling rig features an automatic telescopic drilling tower supported by two high-tensile hydraulic cylinders. A set of hydraulic valves controls the tilt of the tower, ensuring time and labor-saving operations, safety, and reliability, thereby maximizing benefits for the user.

2. The undercarriage features rubber tracks, weighing less to reduce noise from the vehicle's walking mechanism and minimize body vibration. It can significantly cut fuel consumption and is suitable for city road travel without damaging the surface.

3. Equipped with a hydraulic high-leg, the undercarriage is suitable for drilling machine leveling, loading and unloading, and can serve as auxiliary support during operation.

4. Equipped with a 24V electric start diesel engine, it reduces the labor intensity for operators, particularly during cold seasons when diesel engines are difficult to start, showcasing its superior advantage.

5. Equipped with a BW-160 mud pump, this machine boasts high flow rate and pressure, easy maintenance, and readily available spare parts nationwide.

6. Optional hydraulic pipe bender (75-168mm) for increased work efficiency and reduced labor costs.
