The JDL-5 mechanical top drive drilling rig is a self-developed drilling equipment by our company, featuring 75-90° drilling, water drilling, and air drilling capabilities (National Invention Patent: ZL201510479602.4). It employs a 5-speed manual transmission with a wide range of speed variations and sensitive forward/reverse switching. The transmission efficiency is doubled compared to hydraulic transmission, significantly reducing power consumption for greater efficiency and energy savings. It overcomes the challenges of drilling difficulties in soil layers with air hammer, and improves the construction efficiency of rotary drills in hard rock, gravel, and cobblestone layers.
