Processing Technology

The PTFE molded cover plate is manufactured through a molding process. During the production, polytetrafluoroethylene resin is placed into the mold and pressure is applied at room temperature or after heating to shape it into the required cover plate form. The molding process offers advantages such as high processing accuracy and good product quality, ensuring the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the PTFE molded cover plate.
