Definition and Structure

PTFE-coated filter cartridges are cylindrical components used for filtration, featuring a surface coated with polytetrafluoroethylene film. This film has small sieve holes that block most sub-micron dust particles and forms a permeable dust barrier on the filter material surface, effectively preventing dust from entering the interior of the material. The cartridge usually consists of pleated filter media, metal mesh, top ring, base, and seal.
