Manufacturing Process

Structural Features
Direct DesignPTFE four-fluorinated straight connectors feature a straight-through design, enabling direct pipeline connections and reducing fluid resistance and pressure loss during transmission.
Reduced diameter design(Where applicable): Some PTFE four-flanged tees also feature a reducing function, allowing connection of pipes with different diameters, catering to complex pipeline layouts and design requirements.
Welded jointsJoints are typically焊接connected to ensure密封ity and stability at the connection point. Welded connections create a strong bond, preventing loosening or leakage under high pressure or high temperatures.
