1) The drum is made of high-quality boiler carbon steel with superior thermal conductivity, which is 2.5 times that of stainless steel. Provided by a professional matching factory, the process is refined, with high thermal efficiency, smooth and even surface, and excellent ironing effect.
2) The roller distribution is reasonable, ensuring smooth transitions during ironing to protect the fabric from damage. The drum wall thickness is 10-11mm, capable of withstanding 1.0mpa steam pressure, offering safety and reliability. Use with confidence to guarantee a flat and neat fabric after ironing, free of creases and with reduced ironing marks.
3) Variable frequency speed regulation transmission, with both housing materials at a thickness of 12mm, the overall weight reaches 11 tons. Utilizing imported laser cutting machines for material processing ensures the product's strength and precision, making it safe and reliable for use.
4) The cabinet and frame are all designed with heavy-duty construction, and the drying cylinder and all shafts are precision machined, with a pressing speed up to 60 meters per minute.
5) The modular design of the unified platform features four elastic pressure rollers at the entry of the drying cylinder, where 30% of the linen's moisture can evaporate.
6) Belt conveyors and traction belts are designed for self-tensioning mechanisms. 1. The entire unit features a motor power of only 4kW, utilizing variable frequency drive.
2. Insulation has been applied to both ends of the drying drum, around the body, and all steam pipes, reducing steam consumption by 5%.
3. The computer control features programmable design, allowing for flexible setting of steam supply times for the ironer's preheating, working, noon break, and off-duty phases according to the ironer's work rhythm. Effective management of steam usage is implemented, significantly reducing steam consumption by nearly 25% compared to conventional ironers.
Safety Design:
1. The drum is made of boiler carbon steel, offering superior compressive strength compared to stainless steel.
2. The drum wall thickness is 10-11mm, with a pressure design of 1.5mpa, tested at 1.2mpa, and working at 1.0mpa. It's safe and reliable for use.
3. The steam inlet of this unit is equipped with a safety valve (pressure relief valve). Should the steam supply pressure exceed 1 MPa, the control system will activate, automatically shutting off the entire unit's steam supply until the pressure returns to normal.
