Section 2: Working Principle of the Dehydrator

The main component of a spin dryer is the drum, which is lined with small holes. The laundry to be dried is placed inside the drum. The motor drives the drum to rotate at high speed via a belt. This generates a strong centrifugal force, causing the moisture to be ejected through the small holes in the drum and collected before being drained out. Generally speaking, the drying effect of a spin dryer for damp laundry in two minutes is comparable to that of a dryer operating for twenty minutes. However, spin dryers cannot completely dry the laundry. Therefore, a time and energy-saving approach is to first spin the damp laundry and then proceed with the drying process.

Four, Features of the Dehydrator Structure:

1. All dehydrators feature a three-leg suspended structure to prevent ground vibration during operation due to uneven load distribution within the drum.

2. The housing and drum are made of stainless steel plates, the cage base and the bottom plate are cast iron, with the drain pipe located below the bottom plate.

3. The main shaft is precision-machined from heat-treated steel.

4. The transmission section utilizes a V-belt drive, directly powered by the motor to drive the centrifugal starting wheel, allowing the machine to start gradually and reach the designed speed step by step, ensuring smooth operation.

5. The machine features a braking arm with excellent braking performance, allowing for quick stopping of the machine.

V. Operation Instructions for the Dehydrator:

Place the material to be dehydrated evenly and flatly into the drum. Pay attention to balance, evenness, and avoid overloading.

2. The motor starts up and takes about 90 seconds to reach normal operation. The出水管 then begins to discharge water in large quantities.

3. Run the machine for about 8-10 minutes. Once the water outlet is nearly dry, shut off the power. After a 1-2 minute wait, slowly apply the brake on the opening and closing arm in several steps, until the machine stops rotating.

The operator must be familiar with the machine's structure, performance, and operating procedures.

2. Prior to operation, rotate the drum a few times to inspect its operation.

3. Additives should be evenly distributed to prevent excessive weight imbalance and subsequent machine vibration.

4. Do not brake the opening and closing arm while in normal operation to avoid damaging the lanyard and other parts.

5. Do not place any items on the roof, as this may cause an accident after driving.

6. Upon discovering any abnormal phenomena during operation, immediately disconnect the power source, apply the brakes, and inspect the machine.

7. Machines must be regularly serviced and lubricated, with at least one service every six months.
