Section 2: Working Principle of the Dehydrator
The main component of a spin dryer is the drum, which is lined with small holes. The laundry to be dried is placed inside the drum. The motor drives the drum to rotate at high speed via a belt. This generates a strong centrifugal force, causing the moisture to be ejected through the small holes in the drum and collected before being drained out. Generally speaking, the drying effect of a spin dryer for damp laundry in two minutes is comparable to that of a dryer operating for twenty minutes. However, spin dryers cannot completely dry the laundry. Therefore, a time and energy-saving approach is to first spin the damp laundry and then proceed with the drying process.

3. The main shaft is precision-machined from heat-treated steel.

V. Operation Instructions for the Dehydrator:
Place the material to be dehydrated evenly and flatly into the drum. Pay attention to balance, evenness, and avoid overloading.

5. Do not place any items on the roof, as this may cause an accident after driving.
6. Upon discovering any abnormal phenomena during operation, immediately disconnect the power source, apply the brakes, and inspect the machine.
7. Machines must be regularly serviced and lubricated, with at least one service every six months.
