The multi-functional dehydrator employs a three-leg suspended structure, effectively reducing ground vibration generated during operation due to uneven load distribution within the drum.

2. The housing and lid are crafted from high-quality stainless steel, while the base and bottom plate are made of cast iron. The drain pipe is located beneath the bottom plate.

The main shaft is made from steel that has been heat treated.

4. The transmission section employs a V-belt drive, directly powered by the motor to drive the centrifugal starting wheel. This design allows the machine to start slowly, gradually reaching the designed speed, ensuring smooth operation.

The machine features a braking handle with excellent braking performance, enabling the machine to stop quickly.

The multi-functional desiccator operates on the principle of centrifugal movement. The washing equipment is driven by a motor to spin the inner drum at high speed. Under this high-speed rotation, the moisture in the material is separated by centrifugal force, flows through the inner wall of the housing, and is then drained out through the outlet. The material remains inside the drum, completing the centrifugal separation process and achieving the dehydration goal.
