How to Use and Maintain an Automatic Washing Machine
1. Fabrics should be categorized for washing. Additionally, large items like sheets and blankets should be fluffed to prevent tangling, which could affect the even distribution and subsequent handling.
2. Machine load should be controlled as close to 80% to 95% as possible, as too little would waste energy and be difficult to distribute evenly. Too much load would shorten the lifespan of main components such as electrical appliances and springs.
The pressure of compressed air should be between 0.4 and 0.6 Mpa. The air source processor should be oiled and drained; otherwise, the machine will not operate normally.
4. To stop a specific action manually, repeatedly press the status key.
5. When using an automatic program for the washing cycle, the effectiveness depends on various factors such as the amount, size, type, and soiling level of the laundry. We recommend users explore a suitable program based on their specific circumstances, or manually adjust the duration of each action to find the best settings. By modifying the program on the computer, optimal results can be achieved.
6. Please do not arbitrarily shorten the duration of any action during automatic operation.
7. Whether manually or automatically operated, during the dehydration process, for the first 60 seconds, it is essential to closely monitor any movement of the front door. Generally, a slight sway is normal. However, if the machine exhibits excessive movement, immediate cessation of dehydration is required. Return to the washing cycle, evenly distribute water, and then reinitiate dehydration. Failure to do so can significantly impact the mechanical lifespan of the machine.
8. Machines should be operated under normal conditions, especially during the dehydration process, and operators must not leave their posts even when the machine is in automatic mode to prevent any accidents.
Automatic Washing and Drying Machine Maintenance and Care
1. Re-grease the oil cup after the machine approximately every 30 washes or monthly.
2. Due to the high vibration frequency during machine dehydration, it is essential to frequently check for looseness in components such as bearing bases, door hinges, motor mounts, and connectors to ensure safety.
Regularly check the drainage port at the bottom of the bearing housing to ensure it is clear and prevent water accumulation, thereby extending the lifespan of the bearing.
4. Regularly inspect the trapezoidal belt for looseness and tension it as needed.
5. The gas source processor should be drained regularly, and the oil atomizer should be promptly refilled with No. 10 mechanical oil.
6. Regularly inspect the wiring and relays inside the electrical box for looseness and dust accumulation.
