Working Principle

Industrial washing machines are powered by an electric motor that drives the drum to rotate through a belt, and under the control of a timing controller, it rotates both clockwise and counterclockwise, causing the water and clothes to move asynchronously. This action creates friction and abrasion between the water and clothes, achieving the purpose of cleaning. The machine is powered by a three-phase asynchronous motor or a variable-speed motor (dyeing machine). When the power is turned on, the power indicator light illuminates. A three-position switch controls the machine to start, stop, or operate automatically. In the point operation position, the point operation indicator light illuminates, allowing for door operation. In the automatic position, the operation indicator light illuminates. The washing time is selected based on the washing process requirements, and the machine will automatically rotate in both directions for the specified time.

6. The washing and dyeing dual-purpose machine series is equipped with a water level gauge and an automatic temperature control system. Users can automatically raise and control the temperature by simply installing an air intake solenoid valve at the intake pipe and insulation pipe ends.

7. The dual-purpose washing and dyeing machine series can be equipped with variable speed motors or a frequency converter, automatically adjusting the drum speed according to the washing process requirements.
