Nine Point Adhesives Co. has developed a PP treatment agent for non-sensitive materials on PP surfaces, designed for surface treatment of polypropylene (PP) materials. This treatment significantly enhances the surface activity of the PP material, which belongs to the family of polyolefins. As a non-sensitive material, PP has low surface activity and is very difficult to bond.
After applying the treatment, it can achieve high-strength adhesion when combined with ordinary adhesives. It is also suitable for surface treatment before painting on PP materials and before oil printing.
Performance specifications
Appearance: Colorless and transparent, low viscosity organic solvent.
Stability: Can be stored at room temperature for one year. Neutral; non-corrosive to packaging iron drums.
Usage Instructions
If the material surface has a release agent, it can also be directly treated with PP treatment agent.
Apply the PP treatment evenly to the surface of PP material; air dry at room temperature for 12 hours (curing can be achieved in 30 minutes to 1 hour by heating to 50-60 degrees).
After the treatment agent dries, it can be bonded, printed, or painted. The specific procedure depends on the type of adhesive, and it is recommended to use our company's exclusive products to ensure quality.
Due to other reasons, there may be adhesive deviation. Please contact our company promptly.
