A one-component PP.EPE adhesive primarily composed of high polymer resin and imported reinforced resin.
Easy to use, quick to locate, high bonding strength, and cures at room temperature.
Features include waterproof, heat-resistant, cold-resistant, oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and non-whitening properties.
An ideal adhesive for EPE, PP, EVA, self-adhesive, and capable of bonding PE, PP, PET, PVC, ABS, etc. It also excels in adhering to ABS, PS, nylon, film, foam, metal, bamboo and wood, textiles, and paper, offering superior adhesion, especially for bonding between metal and non-metallic materials, as well as cross-adhesion.

Widely used in industries such as home appliances, radio, decoration, craft toys, thermal insulation materials, and packaging printing.

【Usage Instructions】
Surface Treatment: Clean the surface of the item to be bonded, ensuring it is dry, free of oil stains, and dust-free.
Gluing: Apply EPE adhesive directly to the surface of the item to be bonded. Ensure even coating on the bonding surface and apply adhesive to both sides. The glue thickness should be between 0.05-0.08mm. Let it dry for 10-15 minutes until the solvent evaporates (not sticky to the touch). Ideally, heat the coated bonding surface to 60-80 degrees Celsius for 2-3 minutes before bonding the two surfaces together. Apply pressure to ensure a tight contact, and remember to flatten the bonding surface to remove any air bubbles between them.
[Important Notes]
Use with adequate ventilation and prevent contact with open flame. Always cover the adhesive after use to prevent solvent evaporation.
