Usage Instructions:
Clean Surface: Thoroughly clean the surface of the item to be bonded or coated, removing rust, dust, and oil stains, etc.
Apply adhesive: Unscrew (or cut open) the adhesive tube cap, squeeze the adhesive onto the cleaned surface, ensuring even distribution, then clamp and secure the bonded surfaces together.
Curing: Place the assembled or sealed components in the air to allow for natural curing.
The curing process is from the surface to the interior, and within 24 hours (at room temperature and 55% relative humidity), the adhesive will cure to a depth of 2-4mm. If the glue application is deeper, especially in areas that are difficult to reach air, the full curing time will be extended. Lower temperatures will also prolong the curing time, with a 6mm thick sealant requiring more than 7 days for complete curing.
Cautionary Notes:
After completion, any unused glue should be immediately sealed with the cap and stored airtight. Upon reuse, if there's a bit of skin on the seal, simply remove it; it won't affect normal use.
During storage, a small amount of curing may occur at the tube opening, which can be removed without affecting product performance and can be used normally.
This product is non-toxic after complete curing, but avoid contact with eyes before curing. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of clean water.
Unsolidified products should be kept away from children; our products are for industrial use only and are not intended for implantation or injection into the human body.
Storage and Packaging:
This product should be stored in a cool and dry place with temperatures between -10 to 25°C, with a storage period of 6-8 months at temperatures below 25°C.
These products are non-hazardous and can be transported as general chemicals. Be cautious of leaks during transportation! Use products past their expiration date only after confirming there are no abnormalities.
