I. Product Features:
JD-815 motor AB adhesive is a high polymer modified AB adhesive developed by our company.
2. Sets quickly at room temperature (25°C), easy to use, with high thixotropy and high strength, strong adhesion, and excellent weather resistance.
3. The cured adhesive film exhibits excellent toughness, high resistance to impact and shearing forces, excellent high-temperature performance, and good electrical insulation properties.
II. Application Scope:
Widely used for assembly and bonding between ferrite and motor housing in various motors such as starter motors, magneto motors, fan motors, and heating motor, also suitable for bonding between metals, plastics, glass, wood, and other materials, with seamless bonding results.
III. Performance Parameters:
| Model | Colloidal color | Viscosity (CPS) (25℃) | Adjusting adhesive ratio | Curing Time (25℃) | Shear Strength (Mpa) | Thermal resistance (℃) |
| Motor-specific Cyanoacrylate glue | Semi-transparent | 10000-20000 | 1:1 | Initial Setting: 5-10 min | ≥25 | -60 to 160 |
| Light yellow | 10000-20000 | Fully cured in 24 hours |
Four: Instructions for Use
Clean the surface of the material to be bonded of moisture, dust, grease, rust spots, and other impurities, ensuring it remains clean, dry, and flat.
Mix A adhesive with B adhesive in a 1:1 ratio, apply it to the surface of the item to be bonded, and during bonding, try to rotate the mixture as much as possible. Press for 3-5 minutes to set, and it will reach usable strength after 30 minutes. (Do not mix the adhesive in large quantities at once.)
[Cautionary Notes]
Keep workplace well-ventilated and out of reach of children.
If skin or eyes are contacted during operation, rinse immediately with clean water or seek medical attention.
Do not inhale the bright glue liquid when not in use, and do not cover the glue cap incorrectly after use.
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area and away from heat.
When using in bulk by users, please conduct a trial first to avoid affecting the bonding effect due to improper operation.
