Four: Instructions for Use:
Surface Treatment: Remove loose materials from the base material surface, then grind using methods like sandblasting, electric grinding wheel, wire brush, or coarse sandpaper to increase the roughness of the repair surface. Wipe with a cleaning agent to clean the bonding surface.
Gluing: The JD-812 high-temperature resistant AB glue from the Nine Brand, rated for 200 degrees Celsius, is a two-component mixture. When in use, strictly follow the recommended mixing ratio to thoroughly blend the main agent A with the hardener B until the color
Uniform and consistent; to be used up within the specified usable time; excess adhesive is not reusable.
Apply the mixed repair agent to the treated substrate surface, ensuring even pressure and repeated pressing to ensure thorough contact between the material and the substrate surface for better results. When applying multiple layers of adhesive, treat the original adhesive surface before applying the next layer.
At temperatures below 25°C, the curing time can be appropriately extended. When the temperature drops below 15°C, use an appropriate heat source for heating (infrared, electric stove, etc.), but do not allow direct contact with the repair area during heating. The correct operation is to keep the heat source at least 40cm away from the repair surface, maintaining a temperature of 60-80°C for 2-3 hours.
