User's Guide:
To achieve good bonding performance, the surface of the materials to be bonded should be clean and free of grease, rust, etc., kept dry, and cleaned using a cleaning agent.
Products are suitable for bonding in smaller gaps (0.05 mm).
If the bottle opening is too large or there is glue, first clean the glue with a soft cloth, then you can use the PE dropper after it. This helps control the glue flow and ensures the effectiveness of use.
A small drop of the subsequent adhesive is applied, followed by immediate bonding and kept until it hardens, with curing times ranging from a few seconds to several minutes. Practical strength is achieved within about 30 minutes, and higher strength is reached after 24 hours.
Cautionary Notes:
Do not wear gloves when applying the adhesive, as the high heat produced by the reaction between the gloves and the adhesive liquid can injure your hands.
Products should not be used in environments with pure oxygen or enriched oxygen, and cannot be used as sealing materials for strongly oxidizing substances.
Instant adhesive has a volatile irritant, please ensure good ventilation in the workplace when used in large quantities.
In case of a large amount of adhesive leakage, it can be solidified with water before scraping off.
