Connectors are components in electronic devices that connect power circuits to transmit current, boasting indispensable performance. The majority of a connector's structure can be divided into four main parts: contact pieces, insulators, housing, and accessories.


Contact: Comprising of positive and negative contacts, it is electrically connected by mating the two contacts of the female connector, which are arranged in three rows of pins. The contact piece is a critical component of the connector, primarily responsible for the electrical connection function.


Insulators: Contact pieces can be arranged according to the required location and spacing, ensuring the dielectric strength between the center of the mounting socket contact pieces. Insulators, also known as bases or mounting plates, require insulating materials with excellent grounding resistance, high working voltage resistance, and ease of use.
