In the packaging industry, the quality of packaging bags directly determines whether consumers will purchase a company's products. If the quality of the bags is poor, consumers will inevitably believe that the company does not take the design, processing, and manufacturing of the product seriously. By looking beyond the surface, one can discern the quality of the product within. Therefore, as a qualified company, it is not only essential to excel in product quality but also to ensure the quality of the packaging bags.
The quality of plastic bags can generally be identified through four aspects:
1. Looking forward to...
The primary focus is on the color, luster, flatness, texture, and softness of the plastic bags. If the surface color of the plastic bag is rather dull or has irregular inks, or if it appears worn, lacks luster, or is damaged, it can be initially assumed that the bag is made from inferior materials.
2. News
When it comes to plastic or rubber products, a plastic odor is common inside the packaging bags immediately after printing or upon new use. However, it's inevitable; the stronger the smell, the poorer the quality of the packaging bag is perceived to be. If the odor is almost undetectable, it can be preliminarily deemed as better quality.
3. Inquiry
Here, the "question" refers to inquiries made to manufacturers or sellers, asking about product quality inspections, production materials, processes, and materials used, to determine if the packaging bags upon completion of production are up to standard.
4. Cut
To assess the quality of the plastic bags, feel them by hand, inspect the edges. Generally, good packaging will have smooth surfaces across all parts, including the sealing area, which should be free of rough edges. If you find the edges are prickly or cause discomfort when sliding your fingers over them, it indicates that the quality of the plastic bag may not be very good.
