Maintenance and Care Methods for the Gate of a Barrier Gate
One: Loosening of loop wire in the barrier gate
When the local ground loop cannot be securely fixed inside the nest, the vibration from the car rolling over the road surface can deform the loop inside, altering the initial inductance of the ground loop. At this point, the sensor must be reset before it can operate normally. The solution is to pour molten asphalt into it to secure the loop.
The pivot screws of the boom gate have loosened.
The live bolt features male and female threads for connection, with two bearings joined by a double-threaded bolt. If the bolt becomes loose, both upper and lower positions will be inaccurate. Simply insert an 80mm long Φ4 iron rod between the double-threaded bolt and rotate it to adjust the闸杆 to the correct upper and lower positions.
The gate arm screw of the barrier gate is loose.
If this screw is loose, it will cause the upper and lower positions of the barrier rod of Dongguan's gate barrier to be inaccurate and the rod to vibrate significantly when stopping. Simply tighten the bolt and lock the nut.
Magnetic Positioning Control: Precise Placement of Magnetic Irons
All positions utilize CemSense Hall sensors. If the rectangular magnet's position relative to the cam disk of the reducer belt changes, it can cause inaccurate positioning. Adjusting it to be precise and ensuring it does not flip will resolve the issue.
Section 5: Power Failure Protection Switch Disconnection
When the control part of the barrier gate fails, the automatic protection device of the barrier gate will activate automatically. At this point, the gate rod remains stationary in a diagonal position, the main power is disconnected, and the machine stops functioning. To restore the machine, simply open the machine door and rotate the large belt clockwise 3-8 times to the upper position. If this process fails to restore the machine multiple times, check if the Hall element and circuit board are malfunctioning.
