Important Tips for Pallet Storage

Firefighting equipment should be installed within and around the wooden pallet storage warehouse, with a clearly marked layout of the equipment placement at appropriate locations to ensure safety.

All materials for wooden pallets should be neatly arranged by category, with the material name and number marked on the "Material Grade Card," and a diagram of the storage locations for each type of material should be drawn.

3. The wooden pallet warehouse should be strictly guarded against theft.

4. The wooden pallet material warehouse should be equipped with measuring instruments that have been inspected and approved by the standard authority, and they should be calibrated and maintained at all times to prevent discrepancies in the receipt and dispatch of materials. The measuring instruments should be calibrated at least once a year.

5. Unauthorized individuals are prohibited from entering the wooden pallet material warehouse. It is the responsibility of the material keeper to prevent such unauthorized access, and penalties will be imposed according to regulations if they fail to do so.

6. The material storage department submits material receiving and dispatching documents according to the receiving and dispatching procedures and records them in the "Material Receiving and Dispatching Record Sheet."

7. Critical plywood materials should be stored separately and locked.

8. Materials未经experience or inspection should be kept separate from the materials upon receipt.

9. Materials will not be issued to those who fail to complete the requisition process as required. Perishable materials are distributed on a "first in, first out" basis.

Explosive and flammable hazardous materials should be stored separately from other items, and "No fireworks or fireworks allowed" should be clearly marked in an obvious location.
