Ion风机Series Operation Manual
Our MS-002 Ionizer series effectively eliminates static charge from wide-ranging targets or hard-to-reach areas. It boasts rapid static discharge, extensive ion wind coverage, features an ion needle cleaner, an ion generator indicator light, adjustable wind speed, an integrated fan, and a high-voltage power supply. The ion balance voltage is 0V±10V. It is the ideal static eliminator for precision electronic products, electronic assembly, printing, packaging, and small product shaping.
Operating Principle
The ionizer fan functions by ionizing the air to produce a large number of positive and negative charges, which are then blown out by the fan, creating a stream of positive and negative charges to neutralize the charges on the surface of an object. When an object carries a negative charge, it attracts the positive charges from the stream; conversely, when it carries a positive charge, it attracts the negative charges. This neutralizes the static electricity on the surface of the object, achieving the goal of static elimination. The ionizer fan series includes both small fans that provide air flow and drum fans that do so. The wind speed can be adjusted over a wide range using a speed control switch.
Product Features
1. Quickly neutralizes static.
2. The ionic air flow has a large coverage area.
3. Wide ion adjustment range.
4. A dedicated ion emitter cleaner is available.
Ionization Indicator
Ion winders are designed for low maintenance and minimal repair.
Purpose of MaintenanceClean the nozzle, adjust the ion balance, and correct the static removal time to ensure the ion blower operates normally.
Cleaner for the transmitter
Clean the emitter point of the cleaner, slide or rotate the cleaning brush left and right or around until the tip of the clean ion emitter is spotless, at least once a week.
2. Clean air intake and outlet
Air intake grids and ionized air outlets should be kept clean to prevent air flow blockage; they can be cleaned with a soft-bristled brush or compressed air.
3. Ion Balance Test
Measure static elimination time with a static analyzer
4. Static Elimination Time Test
Measure static elimination time with a static analyzer.
5. Ion风机, the design of ion output is balanced and fixed. Due to factors such as voltage fluctuations and environmental air humidity, an offset in ion balance [residual voltage] may occur. Offset standard: OV±10V. If there is a significant deviation between the static elimination time and the residual voltage, the unit should be sent to the factory for calibration.
