Ion风机Series Operation Manual
Our MS-028 Ion Blower series effectively eliminates static charge from wide-range targets or hard-to-reach areas. It features rapid static dissipation, large ion air coverage, an ion pin cleaner, an ion generator indicator light, adjustable air speed, and an integrated fan and high-voltage power supply unit. The ion balance voltage is 0V ± 10V. It is the ideal static eliminator for precision electronic products, electronic assembly, printing, packaging, and the shaping of delicate items.
Operating Principle
The ion blower functions by utilizing air ionization to generate a large number of positive and negative charges, and then uses a fan to blow these charges out. This creates a flow of positive and negative charges that neutralizes the charges on the surface of objects. When an object carries a negative charge, it attracts the positive charges in the flow; when it carries a positive charge, it attracts the negative charges. This neutralizes the static electricity on the object's surface, achieving the goal of static electricity elimination. The ion blower series includes both small fans and drum fans for air supply. The wind speed can be adjusted over a wide range using a speed control switch.

Purpose of MaintenanceClean the emitter head, adjust the ion balance, and correct the static removal time to ensure the ion blower operates normally.
1. Transmitter cleaning
Clean the emitter point of the cleaner, slide or rotate the cleaning brush left and right or around, until the ion emitter needle tip is clean. Perform this at least once a week.
2. Clean air intake and outlet
Air intake screens and ionized air outlet areas should be kept clean to prevent air flow blockage. Cleaning can be done with a soft bristle brush or compressed air.
3. Ion Balance Test
Measure static elimination time with a static analyzer.

5. Ion风机, the design of ion output is balanced and fixed. Due to factors such as voltage fluctuations and environmental air humidity, an offset in ion balance [residual voltage] may occur. Offset standard: OV±10V.
