High-frequency alternating current ionizing nozzle
I. Principle of Operation
High-frequency AC ion nozzles are available in both straight and side outlet designs. Utilizing cutting-edge international technology for static electricity removal, these nozzles employ a compact piezoelectric transformer to convert input DC power into high-frequency low-voltage AC power. The discharge needles, made from special alloy materials, offer enhanced stability and wear resistance compared to standard metal discharge needles. The discharge needles are replaceable, and the electrode is integrated with an internal corona discharge generator to produce ions for static elimination.
