1. Instruments should be placed in a clean and dry indoor environment to prevent sweat damage to the optical components, rust on metal parts, and dust and debris from falling into the moving guide rails, which may affect the performance of the instrument.
After use, the instrument should be wiped clean immediately, and it is recommended to cover it with a protective shield.
The transmission mechanism and motion guide rail of the instrument should be lubricated regularly.
4. If the glass and paint surfaces are dirty, they can be cleaned with a neutral cleaner and water. Do not use organic solvents to clean the paint surface, as it may cause the paint to lose its luster.
5. Precision components of the instrument, such as the impact system, workbench, optical尺, and Z-axis transmission mechanism, all require fine adjustment. All adjusting and set screws are securely fastened and should not be dismantled by yourself.
