Equipment Application:

This equipment is suitable for the cutting and reeling of H-state lithium battery foil.

Performance Features:

1. Uncoiler Section: The uncoiler is powered by a servo motor; the uncoiler motor actively feeds the material, utilizing speed control to maintain a constant unwinding tension. The unwinding unit is equipped with an alignment mechanism that can be adjusted for centering both front-to-back and left-to-right, with an adjustment range of at least 100mm horizontally and at least 50mm vertically.

2. Cutting section: Equipped with 5 sets of servo-driven circular knives, each with a ruler for easy width adjustment by the operator. Ensures ample operating space for adjustments and edge viewing. Cutting method: Bottom slot wheel (design with 1mm concave and 1mm convex on blade back, finely ground in the slot, multiple 4mm raised designs on the blade shaft to cut single or double numbers). Includes edge suction, knife holder depth and left-right movement are micro-adjustable with a scale display. Cutting edge has tensioned conveying. Both circular knives and razor blades are interchangeable. The speed of the circular knife can be automatically controlled by the random list speed. Start/stop control is achieved through the touch screen. Each set of circular disk knives comes with a 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm thickness spacer, one of each.

3. Equipped with an independent aluminum powder vacuum extraction system and aluminum powder separation device.

4. The roller winding uses an upper and lower mode, with the drive section of the air-boosted shaft head treated for tempering and grinding, ensuring durability; the ironing roller uses an air-liquid conversion device for control, featuring imported oil seals, with adjustable single-sided pressure arm position.

5. The traction slitting motor is controlled by a servo motor; the control panel is integrated.

6. The rubber rod is easy to load and unload, convenient for maintenance, and features anti-static and wear-resistant properties, with a Shore hardness of 92~95°. The whole machine guide rod achieves dynamic and static balance ≤1g; the take-up shaft and all transition guide shafts have concentricity and ellipticity of p0.02mm, and the parallelism between all mixed sections is 0.02mm. All shaft centers are treated for dynamic balance.

7. The winding tension varies with the winding diameter and adjusts automatically according to a set gradient. The automatic compensation for acceleration/deceleration and friction ensures tension compensation during the winding process, maintaining a balanced and stable winding tension.

8. Constant unwinding tension (maintaining consistent tension on the material throughout)

9. The system features a formula function, allowing for the saving of multiple sets of setting parameters for different material specifications. This enables direct calling when in use, facilitating parameter settings for materials of the same specification, reducing input time, enhancing production efficiency, and streamlining management.

10. The system allows for multiple user logins with respective login permissions. Different users have varying levels of access, facilitating the use and management of the equipment.

11. The system features memory, storage, and retrieval capabilities, allowing for the segmented storage of finished product data for easy traceability. It includes a tool life tracking function that automatically prompts for tool replacement when the tool is nearing its service life. The system also offers information management and feedback, enabling the querying of historical alarm information for easier troubleshooting of equipment issues and to remind of maintenance based on equipment usage time, facilitating equipment maintenance.

12. The equipment features emergency stop switches at both the front and rear, a camera installed at the unwinding position, and a monitor at the recoiling exit, facilitating operators to observe the operation of the unwinding equipment and material status at the recoiling location.

13. No need to input material thickness. Adjusts roll diameter. Operation is very simple.
