Used for slitting and winding of coil materials such as composite films (e.g., aluminum-plastic composite), non-woven fabrics, mica tape, PET, paper, etc.

Key Performance Features:

This equipment features a 2KW Delta servo motor and a Delta servo driver, 14 2.2KW Dongyuan motors, and 14 Anshan inverters. Both unwind and waste material rewind are motor-driven. A 3.7KW Dongyuan motor and a 3.7KW Anshan inverter are used for cutting speed control. It is equipped with a Delta PLC and a 10-inch Delta HMI. The 12 rewind motors use speed control, synchronized with the cutting motor speed. The tension of each reel can be digitally set (with 12 SMC electrical proportional valves). The width and overlap of the winding can be freely adjusted. It can run at a constant line speed, with the reel diameter displayed in real-time. The overlap spacing remains consistent from the inside to the outside. The operating line speed is 200M/MIN. The machine has two working modes: normal winding and jump winding, which can be switched with one button on the HMI. The product end face is flat and aesthetically pleasing and robust.
