This equipment is used for cutting, trimming, and re-rolling of flexible materials such as composite aluminum foil, composite copper foil, PET, non-woven fabric, paper, and others.
Key Performance Features:
The entire machine is equipped with a German Siemens PLC and a 10-inch Weilun human-machine interface control. The unwinding and winding tension is automatically adjusted, with acceleration and deceleration tension compensation, ensuring the material remains taut. The machine can be stopped by meter count or diameter (can achieve material-free stop), with precision stopping at 0.1 meters. One set of servo edge alignment system, controlled by SMC electrical proportional valves for support force, with precise and stable pressure control. Both unwinding tensions and the main machine use Taiwan Dongyuan motors and Japan Yaskawa inverters for control. The forward and reverse rotation of the unwinding shafts and the main machine are adjustable. The unwinding shafts come standard with two 3-inch air-actuated shafts and two 2-inch mechanical shafts, and can also be equipped with sliding shafts according to customer requirements. Both circular knives and flat knives can be used. The machine can achieve full automation and programming, which is beneficial for ensuring quality and improving production efficiency, reducing labor intensity, and can also lower the requirement for worker skill level.
