Mylar paper is a high-tech decorative and spray coating paper (also known as color separation tape due to its special performance for its use), widely used in interior decoration, spray painting for household appliances, and coating for luxury cars.
The production process of release paper mainly includes the following steps:
Firstly, the necessary raw materials for producing the masking tape need to be added.
Emulsification: The raw materials are added to the emulsifier tank for emulsification.
Reaction Vessel Heating: The emulsified raw materials are placed into the reaction vessel for heating.
After the aforementioned steps, adhesive products are produced.
Coating: Apply the freshly made adhesive onto the film.
Post-Coating Semi-Finished Production: After the aforementioned coating is completed, produce the semi-finished tape - the main roll.
Tape Reel Cutting: Utilize the cutting machine to slice the freshly produced tape master reel.
The tape slitting process: After the main roll of adhesive tape is successfully cut, the tape is produced using the slitting machine for strip cutting.
Packaging: After the rolls of tape are cut and stripped, they are packaged in cardboard boxes.
Finished Product Inventory: The packaged tape is stored in the warehouse, marking the final process after production, at which point it can be referred to as finished tape.
