Single-head tube heaters (Cartridge Heaters) are a type of electric heating tube (tubular electric heating element), with model M3. They are an efficient, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving electric heating element, widely used in various heating applications. The heating principle of the single-head tube is based on resistance heating, where electrical energy is converted into heat energy through the generation of resistance when electricity is applied, thereby heating the surrounding environment. This heating method offers advantages such as efficiency, environmental friendliness, and energy conservation, and is extensively applied in various fields, including chemicals, oil, and energy.
The lifespan of single-head pipes is influenced by various factors, such as power, voltage, current, water quality, usage frequency, and maintenance. Generally, the lifespan of single-head pipes exceeds 8,000 hours; however, the specific lifespan depends on actual usage conditions.
To extend the service life of single tube, the following measures are recommended:
Regularly inspect and maintain the single-head pipe to ensure proper operation; use softened or distilled water to avoid corrosion and damage caused by impurities in the water.
Do not overuse the single nozzle for extended periods to prevent overheating and damage.
3. Regularly clean and maintain equipment to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
4. Be cautious with safe usage, avoid contact with the exposed parts of the single-ended tube to prevent electric shock accidents.
