Steel structure engineering primarily utilizes steel for its construction, mainly consisting of steel beams, columns, trusses, and other components made from shaped steel and steel plates. These components are typically connected through welds, bolts, or rivets, making it one of the primary types of building structures. Due to its relatively light self-weight and ease of construction, steel structures are widely used in large factory buildings, bridges, venues, and ultra-high-rise projects.


Seismic Resistance:

Low-rise villa roofs are mostly sloped, so the roof structure generally employs a triangular truss system made of cold-formed steel components. After the structural boards and gypsum boards are sealed, the light steel components form a very robust "plate rib structure system." This structural system boasts enhanced seismic resistance and the ability to withstand horizontal loads, making it suitable for areas with a seismic intensity of 8 degrees or higher.


Wind Resistance: The type steel structural buildings are lightweight, high in strength, possess excellent overall rigidity, and have strong anti-deformation capabilities. Comfort: The light steel wall system incorporates an energy-saving technology with a breathing function, allowing for adjustable indoor air humidity and dryness; the roof features ventilation, creating a circulating air space above the interior, ensuring adequate ventilation and heat dissipation for the roof interior.


Efficient: All construction work is completed dry, unaffected by environmental seasons. A building of approximately 300 square meters can be completed in just 30 working days with a team of 5 workers, from foundation to finishing.
