Product Features

Self-aligning capability

The DF assembly design features automatic alignment capability, allowing it to absorb installation errors even with pre-tension applied, resulting in high precision and smooth, stable linear motion.

Low assembly, square equal load design

Four-row ball bearings are designed with a contact angle of 45°, featuring the same rated load in all four directions (radial, reverse, lateral), suitable for installations in any orientation; simultaneously, the combined height of the slider and track is reduced, shortening the slider length, achieving miniaturization.

Interchangeable

Sliders feature a retainer design to prevent steel balls from falling, allowing for the free assembly of sliders during interchangeable linear guide assembly, maintaining their precision, pre-load, and smoothness.
