1. Material Selection: For drinking water storage tanks, opt for 304-grade stainless steel, as it is the only material currently meeting national food-grade stainless steel standards. For production water use in less-than-ideal environments, we recommend 316L stainless steel due to its superior corrosion resistance.
2. Material Thickness: Choose from different thicknesses based on the size of the water tank. Of course, you can opt for thicker material, but it will increase the cost.
3. Volume Issue: Determine the size of the water tank based on the actual daily water usage. Generally, a tank capable of holding one day's worth of water is sufficient. A larger tank can lead to water quality deterioration and secondary pollution, while a smaller one may not provide enough water during water outages, thus negating the purpose of having a water tank.
