The MPP power pipe features a porous monolithic structure for even stress distribution. The product has a low friction coefficient on the inner wall and a wide temperature range applicability, making it suitable for use in tropical and cold regions. The joints are designed with a sleeve structure, allowing for tool-free connections between pipes, facilitating installation. The service life of the梅花 pipe exceeds 30 years under burial conditions.

1. Color: The color of MPP power pipes is even and consistent, usually in the natural color.

2. Appearance: The wall of the MPP power pipe is not allowed to have bubbles, cracks, decomposition变色 lines, or obvious impurities. The inner and outer walls of the pipe should be smooth and even, with the inside of the cut requiring smoothness. 3. Dimensions and tolerances, pipe length: The length of each rigid straight pipe is 6000 ± 30mm, and the manufacturing length of the MPP power pipe can also be agreed upon by both parties.

Pipe outer diameter, single hole small inner diameter, and their tolerances should comply with the regulations. The wall thickness deviation of the pipe at the same cross-section should not exceed 12%. The straight pipe should bend less than 1% in the same direction. In actual MPP power pipe construction, the total length of the pipes connected together may not be the same as the length between manholes. In this case, measure the length of the pipe based on the actual length of the manhole, and saw it off with a steel saw, ensuring a clean, even cut.
