During rapid operation, it is essential that the drive circuit supplies the stepping motor's windings with a drive current as close as possible to the technical specification values to generate sufficient torque. As stepping motors are inductive loads, an increase in operating speed requires raising the winding's working current, necessitating an increase in the supply voltage. In practical applications, the control method commonly used is a high/low voltage constant current chopper control.

Our company has designed a practical stepper motor driver circuit capable of powering the 75BF003-130BF003 models of three-phase six-step responsive stepper motors, operating at a frequency of 15,000 steps per minute.
