Vacuum circuit breakers within the high-voltage distribution cabinet are mechanically locked with the cabinet door, using the grounding blade at the back of the panel.

4. Prevent live line grounding

The vacuum circuit breakers within the high-voltage distribution cabinets failed to close properly during operation, and the grounding switch could not be engaged.

5. Prevent loading of drawknife switch:

The vacuum circuit breaker within the high-voltage distribution cabinet is unable to exit the working position of the trolley circuit breaker during operation.
