Hydraulics: Installation of hydraulic system oil pipes
The connection between the oil absorption tube and the hydraulic system must be sealed and reliable, and the oil tube itself must have sufficient elasticity and strength; otherwise, the hydraulic system may suck in air during operation, causing noise and vibration to the system, and even fail to absorb oil.
To increase the oil-absorbing area at the oil tube's inlet, cut the tube mouth at a 45-degree angle; insert the tube mouth below the low oil level, typically about twice the outer diameter of the oil tube from the bottom surface of the oil tank.
3. To minimize oil absorption resistance, the oil pipe should be kept as short as possible, with minimal bends and curved piping. When the oil pipe extends too long, a support should be placed in the middle; the suction height of the hydraulic pump should generally not exceed 500mm.
Hydraulic: Installation of the return pipe
The return oil tube should be inserted below the oil level in the oil tank, but not touching the bottom of the tank.
2. The return oil pipe and the intake oil pipe should be spaced apart at a certain distance.
The insertion end of the return oil tube is cut at a 45-degree angle after installation, with the bevel facing the oil tank side arm. This ensures that the oil does not directly hit the bottom of the tank, preventing excessive impact on the hydraulic oil and extending the lifespan of the lubricant.
When the return oil pipe is horizontally installed, it should have a horizontal slope of (3~5) degrees.

Pipe fitting
1. Measure piping length: The oil pipe length should be measured and selected based on the relative positions of the installed components on the machinery, with a slight allowance for extra length.
2. Tube Quality Inspection: First, verify that the tube's diameter, wire layer count, and specifications meet design requirements based on the hydraulic system's pressure. Next, inspect the inner and outer surfaces of the hose for signs of delamination, aging, or damage; tubes with severe defects are not to be used.
3. Tube Cleaning: Before installation, each pre-assembled tube must be blown clean inside and out with compressed air to prevent dirt from entering.
(II) Installation
Due to the -4% to +2%伸缩 range of the hose under pressure variations, the two components should not be in a tensioned state after the oil tube is installed.
2. Route piping as parallel as possible; when crossing is necessary, there should be at least a 10mm gap between the two oil pipes to prevent vibration from mutual contact.
To avoid sharp bends at the joints, the bending radius during assembly should generally be greater than nine times the outer diameter of the hose. The distance from the center of the hose bend to the joint should be at least six times the diameter (or select according to the manual's table), otherwise, its pressure resistance will rapidly decrease.
4. No twisting or bending of the hoses is permitted after installation.
To prevent friction between the outer surface of the hydraulic system's hose and the machine, guide protection devices should be installed on the outer surface of the hose, such as steel wire springs and protective steel plates.
