Hello everyone, I'm the editor. Today, I'll introduce the crane annual inspection. The following content has been compiled by me for your reference.
1. Daily Inspection: Routine maintenance tasks carried out by the driver, primarily including cleaning and sanitizing, lubricating transmission parts, and adjusting and securing components. Ensures the sensitivity and reliability of safety devices through operational tests, while listening for any abnormal sounds during operation.
2. Weekly Inspection. Conducted jointly by maintenance workers and drivers, in addition to the daily inspection items, the main content includes visual inspections of the safety status of components such as hooks, lifting devices, and wire ropes. It also checks the responsiveness and reliability of brakes, clutches, and emergency alarm systems. Observations are made during operation to detect any abnormal noises from transmission parts and signs of overheating.
3. Monthly Inspection: Organized by the Equipment Safety Management Department, the inspection is conducted in collaboration with personnel from the departments using the equipment. In addition to the weekly inspection content, it primarily involves the condition check of the lifting machinery's power system, lifting mechanism, rotating mechanism, running mechanism, and hydraulic system. Worn, deformed, cracked, or corroded components are replaced. For the electrical control system, the reliability of power supply devices, controllers, overload protection, and safety protection devices is checked. Through testing and operation checks, potential issues caused by leaks, pressure, temperature, vibration, and noise are identified. Observational and subjective condition checks are conducted on the crane's structure, support, and transmission parts to understand the overall technical condition of the crane and identify the source of any abnormal phenomena.
Annual Crane Inspection. Organized by the unit's leadership, the equipment safety management department takes the lead, working together with relevant departments. In addition to the monthly inspection items, the main focus is on technical parameter testing of lifting machinery, reliability tests, and wear detection of the moving parts of various working mechanisms, welds of metallic structures, and non-destructive testing through detection equipment. An evaluation of the operational technical condition of lifting equipment is conducted through tests of safety devices and components. Plans for major repairs, renovations, and updates are arranged.
