The fully automatic auxiliary material applicator is primarily used for FPC and PCB rigid-flex boards in the electronics industry, as well as for auxiliary material application on screens and metal and plastic casings in the 3C industry, such as mobile phones.

Currently, there are two aspects of development for the fully automatic auxiliary material labeling machine:

(1) High-speed and high-precision assembly: Primarily applied in industries such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other 3C products, including PCB rigid boards, FPC flexible boards, and assembly of various specifications of materials on the frames and shells of smartphones or tablets, as well as screens.

(2) The types of auxiliary materials include: waterproof foam pads, conductive foam, thermal silicone, copper foil, adhesive conductive fabric, high-temperature adhesive paper, double-sided tape, PET, steel sheets, and FR-4, among others.
