Clean benches are among the most commonly used instruments in laboratories, and proper maintenance is crucial for their smooth operation and purification effectiveness. This includes, but is not limited to, regular cleaning of filters, checking fans, and calibration inspections. Let's take a look at the daily maintenance tasks for clean benches:

Regular Cleaning: Clean workbenches require regular cleaning, including but not limited to filters and work surfaces. Generally, cleaning cloths or vacuum cleaners can be used, but it's important to avoid using cleaners with acidic or alkaline chemicals.

2. Filter Replacement: Filters should be replaced after some time of use, with the interval depending on the frequency of the workbench usage and the environment. Generally, this is every six months to a year.

3. Inspect the Fan: The fan is also one of the core components ensuring the crystallization effect of the clean bench. It is crucial to regularly check if the fan operates normally. If any unusual noises or failure to function properly is detected, seek after-sales repair or replacement.

4. Regular Calibration: In addition to maintaining cleanliness, calibration is also crucial, encompassing adjustments to airspeed, pressure differences, noise levels, etc. This ensures the effectiveness of purification and the stability of operational performance.

5. Regular Disinfection: Ensure the internal disinfection of workstations to prevent cross-contamination. Methods such as UV disinfection and spray disinfection can be used, with the specific approach depending on the actual situation.

6. Power Check: Regularly inspect the workbench's power supply and plug for any damage or wear, and replace them promptly if necessary.
