The pressure issues in a cleanroom have always been a challenging point of confusion for many, as there are multiple factors that need to be adjusted to the appropriate levels to ensure proper operation. What is the standard static pressure?
Cleanroom Standard Pressure Requirement:
For the majority of cleanroom purification processes, it is necessary to maintain internal pressure (static pressure) higher than external pressure (static pressure) to better avoid external environmental contamination.
Maintain a pressure difference, generally in accordance with the following standards:
The pressure in clean indoor spaces should be higher than that in unclean indoor spaces.
Higher indoor space pressure is observed in areas with higher cleanliness grades compared to those with lower cleanliness grades.
The intermediate door of the interlocked cleanroom should be opened to the room with higher cleanliness grade. With the assistance of exhaust volume, maintain the pressure difference, which should be sufficient to compensate for the exhaust volume that leaks through gaps under this pressure difference. Therefore, the physical significance of the pressure difference is to leak (or渗透) exhaust through the frictional resistance of various gaps in the cleanroom.
To ensure that the cleanroom grade of the purification workshop is not compromised, the differential pressure of the cleanroom naturally conforms to the corresponding GB standards.
1) According to the aseptic detection procedures for mechanical implementation of the mechanical quality management system, the static pressure difference between cleanrooms of different gas cleanliness grades should exceed 5 Pa, and the static pressure difference with outdoor air should exceed 10 Pa, with transfer notes indicating the static pressure differences.
2) Standard for Clean Room Design: A. Static pressure difference should be measured when all doors are closed, and the measurement should be taken from the inside room to the outside as per the floor plan. B. For unidirectional flow (laminar flow) cleanrooms with cleanliness levels above 100, the particle count at a height-to-width ratio of the workbench at 0.6m from the door when the door is open should also be measured.
Dust-Free Workshop Static Pressure Difference Engineering Acceptance Criteria:
The static pressure difference between cleanrooms of different grades and non-cleanrooms.
The static pressure difference between the cleanroom and the outdoor environment should not be less than 10 Pa.
For single-phase current purification rooms with cleanliness levels exceeding 5, the side door operates within a 0.6-meter room when opening or closing the door.
Necessary Conditions and Common Issues for Static Pressure Difference Project Acceptance
Static pressure difference measurement is conducted when all doors in the clean area are fully closed.
Please proceed from the room with the highest cleanliness level to the one with the lowest, continuing until you reach the outdoor room.
Three, measure the branch pipe setting in an area within the room unaffected by cyclones. Test data should be accurate to 1.0 Pa.
